Blueberry Chia Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (gluten-free if desired)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a mason jar or bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, almond milk, cinnamon, salt, and maple syrup (if using).
  2. Stir well, then fold in the blueberries.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  4. In the morning, stir again and top with extra blueberries or a drizzle of nut butter.
